We will buy multi-family homes / apartment buildings in any condition in South Minneapolis. You will no longer have the burden of owning the property and will have cash, funds for a 1031 tax-deferred exchange, or an income-stream to show for it.

 

Don't I need a real estate agent to sell or list my home?
No, you don't need an agent. Rest assured we have a great team in place to make the transaction smooth.  We are not seeking to list your building, but if you are interested in this, Justin is a MN Licensed Real Estate Agent and may consider discussing further if you wish.

How long will it take to sell my home?
We can close in as little as 7-10 days from mutual agreement on price and terms.  Sometimes it takes a little longer (up to 30 days) depending on price, condition, and terms. We close through local title companies and you will get you a check at closing or monthly payments to fund your lifestyle.

What if my building isn't in good condition?

We will make you a fair offer no matter what condition it's in. You don't need to spend money on repairs or cleaning to receive an offer from us.

 

I live in one of the units and don't have the money to move and/or can't afford closing costs!

We can make arrangements for you to stay in your recently sold property while you prepare to move to your new home, or can help in other ways such as moving costs or lease the space back to you.  We will make sure to help you out in any way we can so the transaction works for everyone!
